No right of withdrawal, but you can cancel or move your order
When you buy at a distance you normally have 14 days to change your mind: the right of withdrawal. It does not apply to our products. They are fresh foods that spoil quickly, and cakes with a personal text or decoration are made especially for you. Products therefore cannot be returned.
You can cancel your order or move it to another time until 17:00 on the day before your pickup. E-mail info@qqbakeryrotterdam.nl or call 010 210 43 81 (during opening hours) with your order reference. If you have not paid yet, cancelling is free. If you have already paid, we move your order or refund the amount within 14 days minus €0.50 administration costs.
If something is wrong with a product, let us know as soon as possible. Article 9 of our terms and conditions (in Dutch) explains how.
